Tool Depot strives for excellence and 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a money back guarantee. All returns must be shipped by the 30th day following delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 12% restocking fee applies unless the product was damaged or defective. Please email Tool Depot for a product return authorization.

Please carefully inspect all products upon arrival. Inform the driver if you notice damage. Please notify Tool Depot within 3 days of delivery of any product damage.

SHIPPING

Tool Depot offers free freight and shipping. Normally large power tools will be delivered by a trucking company. Shipping information (tracking number, estimated arrival, and cargo vendor) will be sent to you by email as soon as possible. Generally accessory orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx ground. Tool Depot will do its best to make sure that our customers receive their products in the most timely and inexpensive (free) manner possible. Tool Depot only ships to addresses in the United States. We can not ship to PO Boxes. International orders are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer service department for assistance on an international order.

REPAIRS

Repairs can be performed at your local authorized Milwaukee repair center or by Tool Depot in San Diego. Tool Depot is an authorized warranty repair center for Milwaukee.
